    I'm a very anxious person and this has caused me an ulcer.

    Last year I turn to tea to help me relax and it really worked. Valerian is a good option, but I also enjoy drinking Longjing tea, a famous green tea, which has an important amino acid named L-Theanine that relaxes the mind, allowing you to feel calmer, yet focused.
