If you're planning on becoming the dentists, you should also be prepared to make sacrifices due to the nature of long working hours. Generally, the medical practitioners are known to work for long since the work load is heavy. So be prepared to constantly find yourself in the office longer than expected.

Naturally though, a busier and heavier work load comes with better salaries. Dental professionals earn good money. Most dental practices will find they have a high demand for their services and therefore good customer numbers. Whether private or public, any dental clinic will have good number of patients each day.

So long as you are qualified then, in the current market, it should be easy enough to get a job. Government hospitals are short staffed and a good place to get on board. Other options include both the military and private sector.

To evolve, a dentist should be prepared to continue studying and keeping up to date with latest technolgies. A high number of patients will always need you to offer them a good and pain free service. It is advisable that you get to work with tools that cause no harm to them and also those that do not require you to apply a lot of effort when using them.
