New Trends in Male Body Hair Removal

Long the province of male athletes, body hair removal for men has recently reached unprecedented levels of acclaim. Whether just back hair removal, or all-over body grooming for men, male hair removal has begun to be for aesthetics, not simply to reduce drag or annoying while swimming, running, or playing other sports.

While no man would likely advocate waxing their legs and underarms, men are starting to get that something as simple as back shaving can significantly jumpstart their overall confidence ( particularly during beach season) while still letting them look well-groomed, and male.

Male hair removal can go many various routes - for men with fair skin, but dark hair, laser treatments could be the easiest, most pain free, and best means of body grooming, since the treatments destroy hair at the root, getting rid of the "five o'clock shadow" that comes with other hair removal methods.

For men with some hair on their chest or near the top of their back, waxing might be the most suitable option, as it is a straightforward means of body grooming for men who don't really wish to deal with daily shaving, but can't afford the expense of laser treatments, either.

Waxing weakens the root structure of hair, extending the intervals at which it will grow back. Also, since the entire hair is removed, hair grows back in a finer, pointed form that yields much softer results than simple back shaving.

For men with a miniscule quantity of hair on the neck, chest, or higher back only, back shaving may still be the way to go. It is arguably the cheapest, fastest, and most pain-free of all hair removal methods, even vs male hair removal creams ( which can still irritate delicate skin ).

Part of the cause of the growing acceptance of the trend of body grooming for men is likely a crossover from the athletic world- in some sports, wrestling and body building in particular, male hair removal isn't done just to boost performance, it has the extra consequences of visually boosting muscle definition and contributing to an all-over "clean" look.

Other benefits include not being forced to stress about body hair trapping sweat and skin oils, leading to unpleasant clogged pores, distasteful body odor, and, for tattooed men, thick hair warping the look of your tattoo.

Without reference to the reason or the method, male hair removal is a trend that is likely here to stay, as more men learn how a simple waxing session at a salon can help turbo-charge their self image, sexiness, and overall confidence.
