If you are looking for more information on how to increase your fertility go to Pregnancy Miracle website.

When it comes to "eating for two" there is really not exact number of how much more you should eat while pregnant. Yes you should eat more than before since you have a new human being growing inside of you, but that doesn't mean you can eat as much as you want. If you eat as much as you feel hungry than that is good enough. Just don't eat chips and desserts just because you have cravings for them. Expect to want to eat more with time. You'll need to eat the most when your baby will almost want to get out.

Here is the first food you shouldn't forget about. Folic acid. In case your diet doesn't consist of enough folic acid by itself, which is very unlikely in Western world, then you can get some supplements in the store.

Your body also needs enough vitamins and minerals. You should get enough Calcium and vitamin C. Eating quality and bio fruits and vegetables can make a big difference.

Iron is something that pregnant women who are vegetarian or vegan usually lack. There are a lot of iron supplements available but you can also get it from iron enriched fod that is being sold in the stores.

Eat a lot of starchy foods that are rich in carbohydrates and fibre that is good for your body. Food with carbohydrates include bread, cereals, oats, potatoes, pasta, rice, yams... Eating quality food that your body really needs will make you feel a lot better.

Eating diary products will be very healthy as you'll get a lot of Calcium in them. Calcium is needed for bone development and other body functions. Fresh milk should be cooked and not eaten unprocessed as it can have some dangerous bacteria in it.

The last part are fats. It's not the truth that our bodies don't need fat for a healthy living. Your body needs fats and you can get them from virgin olive oil which is a great and tasty source of quality fats. Fat is believed to be bad because most people eat too much of it in junk food. You can have some chips, no problem, just don't eat a bag a day.

Cook or bake all food you are not supposed to eat raw. Like beefsteak that's too raw can have some dangerous bacteria in it. Risking infections with something as simple as preparing your food in a healthy environment is not necessary.

Here are also some things you should avoid. Too much coffee and alcohol. Pretty much self explanatory. Don't do any illegal drugs. Fresh and unprocessed seafood is also bad for you.
