Lots of wine isn't so great for you. Alcohol hurts your liver and other parts of your body as well. When you drink too much you hurt yourself in a number of different ways. So keep your drinking to a minimum to make sure you remain healthy.

You can find a lot of different ways to keep healthy. All of them do not require endless running or a steady diet of uncooked vegetables. Being healthy begins with taking time for yourself and making smart health decisions. It's great to begin with a good diet. Get up and move around. Make every effort to take good care of yourself.
