Chiro Fed Way - Causes Of Back Pain

Numerous reasons are responsible for the increasing cases of back pain. Modern day lifestyle of sitting for long periods and traffic accidents are some of the causes of these problems. Too much medication which affects bone structure can trigger the painful experiences too. Age is also a factor since the body is not able to keep up with the natural degeneration that happens. A chiro Fed Way is able to help you know the cause of the pain.

Road accidents have greatly contributed to a large number of back problems. When an accident happens, the body is jolted violently and this can introduce unnatural turning or twisting of the spine. The resultant effect is misplaced or dislocated spinal discs. Nerves that are located in the spinal cord can become pressed or strained as a result, which causes pain.

It is possible for the spine to get injured when bending badly. This can occur under different circumstances. When engaging in exercises, the spinal cord may be bent, stretched or turned in awkward positions which can strain the spinal cord. While lifting heavy objects, the back is bent and at the same time it is being subjected to pressure which can be straining.

The human body does not react well to staying in one position for long. Standing for long subjects the back to excess pressure which can be strenuous. The problem gets more complicated if the body's weight is distributed unevenly. Standing with more of the body's weight concentrated on one leg makes the spinal column to be unduly strained.

The spinal column discs are prone to wearing out due to some factors. Age is a major contributor to this problem. When one's body grows old, it is unable to replace tissue or bones that wear out naturally. This imbalance reaches a critical time where someone starts feeling pain. Some types of medication fuel bone degeneration, and if taken for a long duration, painful joints can result.

Our day to day activities are also to blame for the rising cases of back complications. Most people spend a lot of time seated as they work or drive. Sitting for long periods puts a lot of pressure on the spine. The situation is compounded by sitting in a slouching position. Slouching keeps the spine in a bent position which strains it. If the position is maintained for long, the result is discomfort and ultimately, pain sets in.

Other rare causes that bring about back pains are infections and tumors. Some growths occur on the body tissue which can trigger pain. Some painful backs are difficult to point out the real problem since they have no known cause. An example is where one goes to sleep without any problem and wakes up the next day with a painful back.

Many factors contribute to a painful back. Some are brought about by lifestyle situations like work. Sitting for long periods while working or driving is a major contributor to this problem. Sitting or standing in the wrong position is known to result in a painful back too. Old age makes the bones and tissue to wear out faster than it gets replenished which gradually introduces pain to the back.
